Duplicate a target

/targets/:tid/duplicate

Deep-copy a target's configuration graph into a new target. Evaluations — and their runtime artifacts — are copied only when with_evaluations=true. Reports are never copied. For Internal targets the new target's bridge relay key is included as api_key (shown once).
