Poll an async job

GET 
/jobs/:job_id

Returns the current state and progress of a background job — the id returned by the endpoints that schedule work (evaluations, reports, knowledge-base ingestion). Poll until the job reaches a terminal state before reading the results it produces; a job id is scoped to the organisation that created it.
