Get a target
GET/targets/:tid
Returns one target — the AI service under test — including its connection configuration and metadata. A target is the parent of every persona, principle, task, knowledge base, evaluation and report, so its id is the first thing to resolve before calling any of those. Ids belonging to another organisation return 404 rather than 403.
