📄️List tasks

`q` matches (case-insensitive substring) against a task's `name` or `description`. `sort` accepts `name`, `importance`, `updated_at`, `created_at` (default, newest first), `criteria` (backed by the `criteria_count` counter), and `resources` (backed by the `documents_count` counter). `executions` counts referencing executions and is offset-only — combining it with `cursor` returns 400.

Adds one task to this target — the goal a simulated user pursues in a conversation (what to try to get done), as opposed to a persona (who is trying). Returns the new task and, when supporting work was scheduled, a job to poll. `importance` weights the task from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).
