Get a report

GET 
/targets/:tid/reports/:rid

Returns one report with its findings and scores. missing_execution_count reports how many of the executions the report was built from are no longer available, so a non-zero value means the findings cover less than the report originally spanned. List the report's executions for the underlying transcripts.
